Whistleblowing
Atlas SGR S.p.A., pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, has adopted an internal reporting system (hereinafter also referred to as “Whistleblowing”) to enable the reporting of alleged violations of national and European Union regulatory provisions that require the implementation of reporting mechanisms.
