Matteo Confalonieri is General Partner of Atlas AI VB Fund and a member of the Investment Committee.

Previously, he led a group of university researchers as CEO in the creation of IppocraTech, a startup that sells a CE Class IIa medical device for monitoring key vital parameters (through AI) with a simple touch of the fingers. IppocraTech has a commercial collaboration agreement with one of Italy’s leading private clinic groups, has raised over €4 million, and carried out a telemonitoring project with NASA involving an astronaut on the ISS.

He also served as Investment Manager at Milano Investment Partners (AUM €100M) and gained private equity experience at DeA Capital Alternative Funds (AUM €6B) and Deloitte Financial Advisory.
